超声衍射时间差法(TOFD)作为一种先进的无损检测技术,在石化压力管道焊缝缺陷检测与评估中展现了其独特的优势。本文探讨了如何利用TOFD技术精确检测和评估石化行业中的压力管道焊接接头的潜在缺陷,通过实验验证了该方法在提高检测精度、缩短检测时间和增强可靠性方面的有效性。TOFD技术能够有效识别微小缺陷,并提供准确的尺寸和位置信息,为石化行业的安全运行提供了有力保障。文章还讨论了影响TOFD检测效果的因素及相应的优化措施,旨在推动该技术在更广泛领域的应用与发展。
Abstract
As an advanced non-destructive testing technique, the Technique of Time of Flight Diffraction (TOFD) has demonstrated its unique advantages in the detection and evaluation of weld defects in petrochemical pressure pipelines. This paper explores how to use the TOFD technique to accurately detect and evaluate the potential defects in the welded joints of pressure pipelines in the petrochemical industry. Through experiments, the effectiveness of this method in improving the detection accuracy, shortening the detection time, and enhancing the reliability has been verified. The TOFD technique can effectively identify tiny defects and provide accurate information on the size and location, which provides a strong guarantee for the safe operation of the petrochemical industry. This paper also discusses the factors affecting the detection effect of TOFD and the corresponding optimization measures, aiming to promote the application and development of this technique in a wider range of fields.
