Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical effect of psychological rehabilitation therapy for elderly patients with intestinal obstruction. Methods from February 2014 to April 2016 in our hospital 79 cases of elderly patients with intestinal obstruction as the research object, adopt double blind method divided into two groups, 39 cases in the control group, routine nursing intervention; 40 cases in the observation group in the control group based on the use of psychological rehabilitation therapy, the two groups were observed and compared the mental symptom score, comprehensive SCL-90 the evaluation of GQOL-74 quality of life score and nursing satisfaction scale.Results the two groups of nursing care and intervention, some factors in patients with SCL-90 scores improved significantly, significant difference (P < 0.05); the two group after the intervention, patients in the observation group SCL-90 factor score and GQOL-74 score were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); compared two groups of nursing satisfaction the observation group, nursing satisfaction was 97.5%, the control group of nursing satisfaction was 82.05%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion psychological rehabilitation therapy can help to improve the mental state of elderly patients with intestinal obstruction, and help to improve the quality of life of patients and nursing satisfaction, the clinical effect is prominent.
