摘要	摘要：目的：探讨乌灵胶囊辅助治疗甲亢伴抑郁患者对焦虑抑郁症状及睡眠质量的影响。方法：将96例甲亢伴抑郁患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组48例，对照组采用甲巯基咪唑联合抗抑郁药西酞普兰治疗，观察组联合应用乌灵胶囊辅助治疗，治疗8周后，比较两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、匹兹堡睡眠指数（PSQI）等指标。结果：观察组HAMA、HAMD评分均明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、安眠药物、白天功能等评分均明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：乌灵胶囊辅助治疗有助于缓解甲亢伴抑郁症患者焦虑、抑郁症状，改善睡眠质量。
Abstract	Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effect of Wuling capsule adjuvant therapy on anxiety and depression symptoms and sleep quality of depressive patients with hyperthyreosis. Methods: A total of 96 cases of depressive patients with hyperthyreosis were randomly divided into Observation Group and Control Group, with 48 cases in each group. Patients in Control Group were performed methimazole in combination with antidepressant citalopram, on this basis, patients in Observation Group were also performed Wuling capsule adjuvant therapy. After 8 weeks of treatment, the scores of Hamilton Anxiety (HAMA) and Hamilton Depression (HAMD), the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and other indicators of the two groups were compared. Results: Scores of HAMA and HAMD in Observation Group were significantly lower than in Control Group(P<0.05); scores of sleep quality, fall-sleep time, sleep time, sleep efficiency, sleep disorders, sleep medication and daily activity function were significantly lower than in Control Group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Wuling capsule adjuvant therapy is conducive to relieving the anxiety and depression symptoms and improving sleep quality in depressive patients with hyperthyreosis.
