摘要
输电线路杆塔结构腐蚀损伤严重威胁电力系统安全稳定运行,精准评估与有效修复至关重要。腐蚀损伤评估技术包含表观检测、电化学检测及无损检测,各技术基于不同原理,在检测精度、适用范围上各有特点。修复技术涵盖防腐涂层、阴极保护和结构补强,需依损伤状况灵活运用。系统整合评估与修复技术,构建全面防治方案,可提升杆塔抗腐蚀能力,保障电力传输可靠性,对电网安全稳定运行和电力行业持续发展具有重要意义。
Abstract
Severe corrosion damage to transmission line towers poses a significant threat to the safe and stable operation of power systems, making precise assessment and effective repair essential. Corrosion damage assessment techniques include visual inspection, electrochemical testing, and non-destructive testing, each based on different principles and offering distinct advantages in terms of detection accuracy and applicability. Repair techniques encompass anti-corrosion coatings, cathodic protection, and structural reinforcement, which should be applied flexibly according to the specific condition of the damage. Integrating these assessment and repair technologies into a comprehensive prevention and control plan can enhance the corrosion resistance of towers, ensure the reliability of power transmission, and is crucial for the safe and stable operation of the power grid and the sustainable development of the power industry.
