住院精神分裂症患者环境色喜好的影响因素分析*

摘要	【摘要】目的：探讨影响住院精神分裂症患者环境色喜好的相关因素。方法：选择2014年6月至2015年12月在重庆市精神卫生中心住院符合ICD-10诊断标准的1320例精神分裂症患者，进行环境色偏好测验，分别用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)及自编一般情况问卷进行评估和调查。结果：住院精神分裂症患者颜色偏好顺序依次为：蓝、白、绿、黄、红、橙、紫、灰、黑，与健康对照组偏好顺序倾向一致；住院精神分裂症患者颜色偏好与PANSS得分相关无显著性，与心理社会因素显著相关；心理社会因素可预测住院精神分裂症患者颜色偏好。结论：住院精神分裂症患者偏好蓝色，并受心理社会因素的影响。
Abstract	【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the factors which affect the color preferences in inpatients with schizophrenia. Methods: 1320 patients meeting ICD-10 criteria of schizophrenia were assessed by the color preference test and positive and negative syndrome scale. Results:The color preference of inpatients with schizophrenia were blue, white, green, yellow, red, orange, purple, grey and black, which were consistent with the healthy control group. There was no significant correlation between color preference and PANSS score in inpatients with schizophrenia , which was significantly related to psychosocial factors.Psychosocial factors can predict the color preference in inpatients with schizophrenia. Conclusion: The inpatients with schizophrenia prefer blue, and the different color preference was related to the score of psycholsocial factors.
