摘要
本文以晨光文具互联网电子商务产业园消防工程项目为研究对象,针对消防水系统试压过程中出现的压力波动问题展开研究。通过分析晨光项目施工组织设计中关于消防水系统试压的工艺要求和实际施工情况,深入探讨了压力波动的成因,并提出了相应的控制技术。研究表明,通过优化排气工艺、加强管道固定、规范阀门操作和隔离外界干扰等控制技术,可有效减少压力波动,提高试压成功率。
Abstract
This paper takes the fire engineering project of Chenguang stationery Internet e-commerce Industrial Park as the research object, and studies the pressure fluctuation in the pressure test process of the fire water system. By analyzing the process requirements and actual construction situation of pressure test of fire water system in the construction organization design of Chenguang project, the causes of pressure fluctuation are discussed, and the corresponding control technology is put forward. The research shows that the pressure fluctuation can be effectively reduced and the success rate of pressure test can be improved by optimizing the exhaust process, strengthening pipeline fixation, standardizing valve operation and isolating external interference.
