摘要
典型齿轮传动装置的振动噪声问题是工业机械中普遍存在的挑战。振动和噪声不仅影响机械系统的性能,还可能导致设备的早期损坏。本文探讨了针对齿轮传动系统的振动噪声抑制策略,重点分析了齿轮设计优化、润滑方式改进及噪声源抑制等方面的技术。通过采用不同的减振措施,如齿轮啮合噪声控制、阻尼材料的应用、以及齿轮箱结构优化,能够有效降低噪声水平并提升传动装置的可靠性。研究表明,合理的振动控制策略能够显著提高齿轮系统的工作稳定性与耐用性。
Abstract
Vibration and noise issues in typical gear transmission systems remain prevalent challenges in industrial machinery. These phenomena not only compromise system performance but may also lead to premature equipment failure. This study investigates vibration and noise suppression strategies for gear transmission systems, focusing on technical approaches including gear design optimization, lubrication method improvements, and noise source mitigation. By implementing various vibration control measures such as gear meshing noise suppression, damping material applications, and gearbox structural optimization, noise levels can be effectively reduced while enhancing transmission reliability. Research findings demonstrate that well-designed vibration control strategies significantly improve operational stability and durability of gear systems.
