摘要
特高压换流阀冷却系统是保证换流阀正常运行的关键组件,在实际运行中,由于系统复杂性和环境因素的影响,故障问题频繁发生。本文针对特高压换流阀冷却系统故障的诊断方法进行改进,提出了一种基于多传感器融合技术的故障诊断方案。该方案结合温度、压力、流量等多种传感器数据,利用数据挖掘和模式识别技术提高故障诊断的准确性和实时性。实验结果表明,改进后的诊断方法能够显著提高系统故障检测的响应速度和识别精度,为特高压换流阀的安全运行提供了有效保障。
Abstract
The ultra-high voltage (UHV) converter valve cooling system is a critical component ensuring normal operation of converter valves. In practical applications, frequent failures occur due to system complexity and environmental factors. This paper improves fault diagnosis methods for UHV converter valve cooling systems by proposing a multi-sensor fusion-based diagnostic solution. By integrating data from temperature, pressure, flow rate, and other sensors, this approach enhances diagnostic accuracy and real-time performance through data mining and pattern recognition techniques. Experimental results demonstrate that the improved method significantly improves system fault detection response speed and recognition precision, providing effective assurance for safe operation of UHV converter valves.
