摘要
配电自动化改造工程在提升电网运行效率与保障系统安全方面具有重要意义。传统调度往往存在单一目标导向,难以兼顾进度与安全需求。本文提出一种进度与安全双目标优化方法,将工程实施过程中的工期约束与风险控制相结合,构建数学模型,通过多目标优化算法实现对施工进度和安全性的协调平衡。该方法能够有效降低施工阶段的风险隐患,同时保证整体改造工程的有序推进,为配电网现代化建设提供可行的技术路径与决策依据。
Abstract
The automation transformation project for distribution networks plays a vital role in enhancing grid operational efficiency and ensuring system safety. Traditional scheduling approaches often focus on single objectives, making it difficult to balance progress with safety requirements. This paper proposes a dual-objective optimization method that integrates schedule constraints and risk control during implementation. By constructing a mathematical model and applying multi-objective optimization algorithms, the approach achieves coordinated equilibrium between construction timelines and safety standards. This methodology effectively reduces potential risks during construction phases while ensuring orderly advancement of the entire transformation project, providing a viable technical roadmap and decision-making basis for modernizing distribution networks.
