摘要
智能化建筑管理系统通过集成先进的信息技术和自动化控制技术,旨在提升居住环境的舒适度。本研究探讨了如何利用智能化系统优化建筑内部的温度、湿度、照明及空气质量等关键因素,进而改善居民的生活质量。通过对现有智能化系统的分析及其在实际应用中的效果评估,我们发现合理配置智能控制系统能够显著提高居住舒适度,同时实现节能减排的目标。当前仍存在成本高昂和技术兼容性问题需要解决。未来的研究应聚焦于降低成本并提升系统的互操作性,以推动智能化建筑管理系统的广泛应用。
Abstract
The intelligent building management system aims to enhance the comfort of the living environment by integrating advanced information technology and automated control technology. This study explores how to utilize the intelligent system to optimize key factors such as temperature, humidity, lighting, and air quality inside the building, thereby improving the quality of life of residents. Through the analysis of existing intelligent systems and the evaluation of their effects in practical applications, we have found that the reasonable configuration of intelligent control systems can significantly improve residential comfort while achieving the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction. Currently, there are still issues of high costs and technical compatibility that need to be addressed. Future research should focus on reducing costs and enhancing the interoperability of the systems to promote the widespread application of intelligent building management systems.
