[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the effects of maternal pelvic floor rehabilitation exercise on the mental status and postpartum pelvic floor muscle. Methods: 82 cases of pregnant women in our hospital from November 2015 to September 2016 as the research object, the random principle, divided into two groups. The control group received the routine nursing, on the basis of the observation group received pelvic floor rehabilitation exercise exercise. Observe two groups of pelvic floor muscle strength, mental status and adverse events. Results: in the observation group, the probability of occurrence of adverse events was 4.88%, after the intervention, pelvic floor muscle strength level 0, level 1, level 2, level 4, level 5 respectively with probability 0,4.88%, 2.44%, 48.78%, 31.71%, depression, anxiety score (27.19 + 2.88), (26.80 + 2.49), were significantly better compared with the control group, the P value is less than 0.05. Conclusion: pelvic floor rehabilitation exercise used in postpartum, can improve maternal mental state, promote the recovery of muscle strength, improve the prognosis.
