摘要
在道路改扩建工程中,传统管理模式存在信息孤岛、沟通效率低、协同难度大等问题,制约了项目整体效益。本文以BIM技术为核心手段,探讨其在道路改扩建工程协同管理中的应用路径与价值。通过构建多参与方协同工作平台,实现设计、施工、运维等阶段的数据共享与流程整合,提升工程管理的精细化水平。研究结合实际案例,分析BIM在项目进度控制、成本优化及质量监管等方面的具体作用,提出基于BIM的协同管理模型,为推动道路工程数字化转型提供理论支持与实践参考。
Abstract
In road reconstruction and expansion projects, traditional management models face issues such as information islands, low communication efficiency, and high collaboration difficulties, which restrict the overall project benefits. This paper takes BIM technology as the core means to explore its application paths and values in the collaborative management of road reconstruction and expansion projects. By constructing a collaborative work platform for multiple stakeholders, data sharing and process integration in design, construction, operation and maintenance stages are realized, improving the fine management level of engineering projects. Combining practical cases, the study analyzes the specific roles of BIM in project schedule control, cost optimization, and quality supervision, and proposes a BIM-based collaborative management model, providing theoretical support and practical references for promoting the digital transformation of road engineering.
