With the increasing attention to the quality of construction projects, it is particularly important to construct and improve the quality traceability system for construction projects. This paper mainly explores the construction principles and implementation methods of the quality traceability system for construction projects, and analyzes its effects and challenges in practical applications. By conducting in-depth research on the constituent elements of the quality traceability system, a quality traceability management model based on the information platform is proposed, and through case analysis, its practical effects in improving the project quality control level are demonstrated. A reasonable traceability system can effectively reduce the occurrence of quality accidents, enhance the liability traceability and error correction mechanism, and improve the transparency and trust of construction projects. This paper also puts forward suggestions for the optimization direction of the quality traceability system for future construction projects.
