摘要
建筑工业化在房地产开发中逐渐成为提高效率和控制成本的重要方式。通过实证研究发现,建筑工业化在施工周期缩短、材料利用率提升以及人工成本下降等方面具有显著优势。由于前期投入较大、技术成熟度不均和产业链配套不足,整体开发成本呈现阶段性差异。研究表明,合理配置资源与优化管理模式能够缓解初期资金压力,并在长期开发中实现成本节约与价值增值,为房地产企业提供可持续的经济效益与竞争优势。
Abstract
Building industrialization has emerged as a crucial approach to enhance efficiency and control costs in real estate development. Empirical studies demonstrate its significant advantages in shortening construction timelines, improving material utilization rates, and reducing labor costs. However, due to substantial upfront investments, uneven technological maturity, and inadequate industrial chain coordination, development costs exhibit phased variations. Research indicates that strategic resource allocation and optimized management models can alleviate initial financial pressures while achieving long-term cost savings and value appreciation, thereby providing sustainable economic benefits and competitive advantages for real estate enterprises.
