摘要	【摘要】目的：探讨基于以患者为中心的群体心理治疗对精神分裂症患者抑郁情绪和服药依从性的影响。方法：选取2013年9月至2016年3月期间我院确诊治疗的精神分裂症患者100例，依据随机数表法随机分为群体组和常规组，每组50例，常规组给予利培酮口服治疗，群体组在此基础上给予基于以患者为中心的群体心理治疗，统计分析所有患者治疗前后病情、社交功能、服药依从性、抑郁情绪情况。结果：群体组治疗后SANS得分明显低于常规组，前者PSP得分明显高于后者（P<0.05）；群体组治疗后1、3、6个月的HAMD得分明显低于常规组（P<0.05）；群体组服药依从率明显高于常规组（P<0.05）。结论：基于以患者为中心的群体心理治疗可有效改善精神分裂症患者的病情和社交功能，有利于改善患者的抑郁情绪、服药依从性。
Abstract	【 Abstract】objective:To discuss the depression and medication adherence influence of based on the patients center group psychological treatment in patients with schizophrenia.Methods:100 patients with schizophrenia were selected and were divided into community group and routine group, 50 cases in each group, routine group were given risperidone oral,community group on the basis were given based on the patients center group psychological,analyzed all patients before and after treatment condition, social function and medication adherence and depression.Results:The SANS score after treatment of community group was lower than that of routine group,the PSP score of the former was higher than that of the latter(P < 0.05);1, 3, 6 months HAMD scores after treatment of community group were lower than that of routine group(P < 0.05);The medication compliance rate of community group was than that of routine group(P < 0.05).Conclusions:Based on the patients center group psychological can improve the condition of patients with schizophrenia and social function, reduce production,medication compliance.
