摘要
近零能耗建筑的发展对围护结构的气密性提出了更高要求,而现有检测方法在精度、效率和适用性方面仍存在不足。本文围绕气密性检测技术的改进展开研究,重点分析传统方法在复杂气候条件、施工误差与大尺度建筑检测中的局限性。通过对比实验与模拟分析,提出优化的检测工艺与传感技术,以提高结果的稳定性和灵敏度。研究表明,改进后的检测方法不仅能有效识别围护结构渗漏点,还能实现快速定量评估,为近零能耗建筑的节能性能提供可靠保障。该研究在提升建筑气密性控制水平、推动绿色建筑标准化检测方面具有积极意义。
Abstract
The development of near-zero energy buildings has raised higher requirements for the airtightness of building envelopes, while existing detection methods still fall short in terms of accuracy, efficiency, and applicability. This study focuses on improving airtightness detection technologies, analyzing the limitations of traditional methods under complex climatic conditions, construction errors, and large-scale building inspections. Through comparative experiments and simulation analyses, optimized detection processes and sensor technologies are proposed to enhance result stability and sensitivity. Research findings demonstrate that the improved detection methods not only effectively identify envelope leakage points but also enable rapid quantitative assessments, providing reliable assurance for energy efficiency in near-zero energy buildings. This research holds significant implications for enhancing building airtightness control standards and promoting standardized green building inspections.
