摘要
在人工智能时代,工程管理专业教学与实践面临新机遇与挑战。本文提出以人工智能技术为支撑,构建融合创新的教学与实践模式。通过引入智能算法优化课程体系,培养并强化数据分析与智能决策能力;利用虚拟现实与仿真技术打造沉浸式实践平台,提升学生工程管理实践技能;同时,探讨校企合作新路径,借助企业项目资源,让学生参与真实工程管理实践,积累经验。该模式有助于培养适应智能建造需求的复合型工程管理人才,为行业发展提供智力支持。
Abstract
In the era of artificial intelligence, the teaching and practice of engineering management are confronted with new opportunities and challenges. This paper proposes to build an integrated and innovative teaching and practice model supported by artificial intelligence technologies. By introducing intelligent algorithms to optimize the curriculum system and cultivating and strengthening the ability of data analysis and intelligent decision-making; Create an immersive practice platform by leveraging virtual reality and simulation technologies to enhance students' practical skills in engineering management. The paper also explores new pathways for university-enterprise cooperation, allowing students to participate in real engineering management practices and accumulate experience by leveraging enterprise project resources. This model is conducive to training compound engineering management talents that meet the demands of intelligent construction and provides intellectual support for industry development.
