摘要
在“健康中国2030”战略持续推进背景下,社区体重管理餐饮业作为健康服务场景化落地的创新载体,其发展对破解超重肥胖公共卫生难题具有重要意义。本文基于需求分层理论与服务生态构建理论,通过实证调研识别出“产品同质化-服务断层-资源离散”三大核心问题,创新性提出“精准营养配餐系统”、“社区健康服务共同体”、“动态定价算法模型”等解决方案。研究发现,融合生物识别技术与社区资源网络的运营模式,可使顾客复购率大大提升,为行业可持续发展提供新路径。
Abstract
Against the backdrop of the continuous advancement of the "Healthy China 2030" strategy, the community-based weight management catering industry, as an innovative carrier for the scenario-based implementation of health services, holds significant importance for addressing the public health challenge of overweight and obesity. Based on the hierarchical demand theory and service ecosystem construction theory, this paper identifies three core issues—"product homogeneity-service disconnect-resource fragmentation"—through empirical research, and innovatively proposes solutions such as a "precision nutrition meal planning system," "community health service community," and "dynamic pricing algorithm model." The study finds that an operation model integrating biometric technology and community resource networks can significantly enhance customer repurchase rates, providing a new pathway for the industry's sustainable development.
