Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effect of combined spinal and epidural analgesia on psychological factors. Methods: 86 cases of natural childbirth of pregnant women as the research object, and randomly divided into two groups, 43 cases in each group, the control group was given combined spinal epidural anesthesia and analgesia, observation group based on the combination of the spirit of preventive analgesia, before and after comparison of the two groups of maternal pain and analgesic state of mind. Results: compared with the control group, the pain level of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the pain rate of the 2 and the grade 3 was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant () (P<0.05) (). After analgesia, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the former group (P<0.05), and the scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: combined spinal epidural and preventive analgesia have good synergistic effect on natural childbirth, can significantly reduce maternal pain, alleviate psychological pressure, analgesia effect, suitable for clinical application.
