摘要
大学英语课程思政团队是实现系统性育人的关键。本文探讨构建“核心引领、全员参与”的团队建设框架,实行涵盖集体备课、资源共建、教学研讨与激励评价的“四轮驱动”培养机制,以有效提升教师思政育人能力与科研产出,发挥大学英语课程思政的示范和引领作用,实现团队的可持续发展与育人效能的持续提升。
Abstract
The College English Curriculum Ideology and Politics Teaching Team is the key to achieving systematic education. This research focuses on establishing a team-building framework with “core leadership and full participation”, and implementing a “four-wheel drive” training mechanism that encompasses collective lesson planning, resource co-construction, teaching seminars and incentive evaluation. This approach effectively enhanced teachers’ competence in ideological and political education and boost research output, amplified the leading role of College English Curriculum Ideology and Politics, and ensured sustainable development of the team and continuous improvement in educational effectiveness.
