Abstract Objective: To investigate the correlation between psychological elasticity and anxiety and depression in patients with cervical cancer after radical operation. Methods: A total of 178 cervical cancer patients were enrolled in our hospital from September 2014 to November 2016. The questionnaire was divided into basic questionnaire, Chinese version of Connor -Davidson psychological elasticity scale (CD-RISC), anxiety self-evaluation scale (SAS). Results: The scores of CD-RISC were higher in the patients with anxiety and depression than those in the positive group (P <0.05), and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), and in the case of tenacity, self-improvement and optimism (P <0.05). In the CD-RISC score and three dimensions (tenacity, the number of patients with anxiety and depression) were significantly higher than those in the anxiety and depression group (P <0.05), and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) Self-improvement and optimism), the patients with anxiety and depression were negatively correlated with psychological elasticity, that is, the higher the psychological elasticity of the patients, the lighter the patients anxiety and depression, the lower the level of psychological elasticity, the more severe the state of anxiety and depression The Age, cultural level, working condition, family income and so on can affect the patients anxiety and depression, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The psychological elasticity of patients with cervical cancer after radical operation is negatively correlated with anxiety and depression, and the anxiety and depression of patients are related to the basic status of patients age and culture level.
