伟大建党精神是推动事业发展的力量源泉和践行使命的信念基石。新时代赋予了职业教育为实现中国式现代化提供人才支撑的重要使命，思政课作为高职院校育人体系的重要一环，对高职院校人才培养意义重大。将伟大建党精神融入高职院校思政课教学，充分发挥伟大建党精神的价值感召力和实践驱动力，能够有效提升高职院校思政课教学实效和高职院校人才培养质量，推动高职院校成为新时代培养高素质技术技能型人才的主阵地。

| Abstract |
The great spirit of the founding of the Party is the source of power for promoting the development of undertakings and the cornerstone of faith for fulfilling the mission. The new era endows vocational education with the important mission of providing talent support for realizing Chinese-style modernization. As an important part of the talent cultivation system in higher vocational colleges, ideological and political courses hold great significance for talent training in these institutions. Integrating the great spirit of the Party's founding into the teaching of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges, and fully leveraging its value-driven appeal and practical driving force, can effectively enhance the teaching effectiveness of such courses and the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges, thereby promoting these colleges as the main arena for nurturing highly skilled technical talents in the new era.
