摘要	设置医学应急语言服务课程是建设医学应急语言服务体系的重要组成部分，目前相关研究尚未深入。本文基于微观语言规划理论，对设置医学应急语言服务课程过程中的一些基础性问题展开论述，包括课程的学科属性、教学对象以及技术前提等。对医学应急语言服务课程的设置开展研究本质是一种微观语言规划，是对国家宏观语言规划的补充。
Abstract	The establishment of courses related to medical emergency language services is of great importance, yet current research remains limited. This paper discusses some fundamental issues in the process of setting up such courses, including the essence of the course and its basic discipline, and the linguistic principle. A micro perspective research into this field serves as a complement to the the government's macro language planning.
