摘要
影像与护理跨专业沉浸式实训模式以“情境融合”与“能力共生”为核心理念,通过构建高度仿真的临床环境,将医学影像诊断技术与护理实践技能深度整合,形成“诊断——干预——反馈”的闭环训练体系。该模式创新课程设计,以真实病例为载体,串联影像解剖、病理分析、护理评估及多学科协作流程;优化实训资源,引入数字化影像设备、智能护理模型及虚拟现实技术,强化技术操作的复合性与情境的真实性。应用效果显示,学生在跨专业协作中的沟通效率与决策准确性显著提升,临床问题解决能力与自主学习意识显著增强。同时该模式打破影像与护理专业的知识壁垒,促进专业间的深度交流与理解,为现代医疗体系培养兼具诊断思维与照护能力的复合型人才提供了创新实践路径。
Abstract
The cross-disciplinary immersive training model of imaging and nursing takes "scenario integration" and "ability symbiosis" as its core concepts. By constructing a highly realistic clinical environment, it deeply integrates medical imaging diagnosis techniques with nursing practical skills, forming a closed-loop training system of "diagnosis - intervention - feedback". This model innovates the course design, taking real cases as the carrier and integrating the processes of image anatomy, pathological analysis, nursing assessment and multi-disciplinary collaboration. Optimize practical training resources, introduce digital imaging equipment, intelligent nursing models and virtual reality technology, and enhance the complexity of technical operations and the authenticity of scenarios. The application effect shows that students' communication efficiency and decision-making accuracy in cross-disciplinary collaboration have significantly improved, and their clinical problem-solving ability and autonomous learning awareness have been significantly enhanced. At the same time, this model breaks down the knowledge barriers between imaging and nursing specialties, promotes in-depth communication and understanding among them, and provides an innovative practical path for cultivating compound talents with both diagnostic thinking and care capabilities for the modern medical system.
