In the context of comprehensively promoting the Chinese path to modernization and building a strong sense of community within the Chinese nation, improving the quality of national common language education has become the key to the development of education in ethnic areas. The "Outline of the Plan for Building a Strong Education Country (2025-2035)" points out that "promoting the popularization of the national common language and script. Implementing the campaign to popularize and improve the quality of the national common language and script", but the poor connection between various stages of primary, secondary, and tertiary education in ethnic areas has become a quality bottleneck. Through literature review, the educational characteristics of each stage were systematically analyzed, and a "five-dimensional gap" was diagnosed in terms of target content, teacher ability, teaching methods, resource environment, and evaluation feedback. To this end, an integrated capability map will be constructed, hierarchical teacher training will be implemented, spiral teaching methods will be designed, the homeschool community collaboration ecosystem will be integrated, and a dynamic evaluation system will be established. In the future, we should promote the transformation of education toward the paradigm of nurturing people, deepen the empowerment of digital intelligence and technology, deeply integrate it into national development strategies, and lay a solid language and cultural foundation for forging a sense of community for the Chinese nation and achieving national rejuvenation.
