【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of emergency nursing procedure on first aid time, negative emotion and complications of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Methods Forty - four patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning from September, 2014 to September, 2015 were selected as the control group, and received routine emergency care.. Forty - four patients with acute organophosphorus poisoning from October, 2015 to October, 2016 were selected as the study group, given to optimize the emergency care process. The time of first aid, negative emotion score and complication rate before and after nursing were observed and recorded. Results The rescue time of the study group, the time of entering the emergency room to the specific antidote and the observation time were shorter than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); Compared two groups of nursing former SAS and SDS scores, there were no statistically significant difference (P > 0.05); The scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Optimized emergency nursing process is effective in patients with acute organophosphate poisoning. It can significantly shorten the first aid time, relieve negative emotions and reduce the incidence of complications.
