摘要
本研究立足成果导向教育(OBE)理念,聚焦高校体育教育专业体能教学改革需求,构建了适配专业人才培养目标的体能教学目标体系,并提出针对性教学实践策略。通过系统分析体育教育专业学生专项体能学习特征,研究强调教学中个性化方案设计、有氧与无氧协同训练、高强度间歇教学法应用,注重运动素质整合教学与跨学科知识的融合。教学实践表明,该模式通过明确教学成果目标、优化教学过程监控,有效提升了学生体能储备和专项运动应用能力,其动态教学评估机制实现了教学效果的科学反馈。研究成果为体育教育专业核心素养教学提供了理论框架与实践范式,对完善体教融合背景下的体育教学培养体系具有重要应用价值。
Abstract
Based on the concept of Outcome-Based Education (OBE), this study focuses on the reform needs of physical fitness teaching for students majoring in physical education in universities. It establishes a physical fitness teaching objective system aligned with professional talent training goals and proposes targeted teaching practice strategies. Through systematic analysis of the characteristics of specialized physical fitness learning among physical education majors, the study emphasizes the design of personalized teaching plans, the integration of aerobic and anaerobic training, the application of high-intensity interval teaching methods, and the incorporation of interdisciplinary knowledge in teaching motor qualities. Teaching practice shows that this model, by clarifying teaching outcome goals and optimizing the monitoring of the teaching process, effectively enhances students’ physical fitness reserves and their ability to apply specialized motor skills. The dynamic teaching evaluation mechanism provides scientific feedback on teaching effectiveness. The research results offer a theoretical framework and practical paradigm for teaching core competencies in physical education majors, holding significant application value for improving the physical education training system under the context of the integration of sports and education.
