摘要
【摘要】目的:探讨斜视和弱视儿童社交焦虑程度、精神特质、心理健康指标及综合干预的效果。方法:选择2014年6月~2016年6月我院收治的斜视和弱视患儿153例作为观察组,并选入同期体检健康儿童50例作为对照组;检测两组儿童的社交焦虑程度、自尊、孤独等心理状态,并进行统计比较;同时对观察组患儿采取相应综合干预措施,评价其疗效。结果:观察组SASC、SES、CLS、EPQ-C、SDS和SAS得分,与对照组相比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);经3个月综合治疗后,总有效率95.67%。结论:斜视和弱视患儿普遍表现出不同程度的社交焦虑、自卑、孤独、内向、情绪不稳、焦虑、抑郁等心理状态,应早期及时给予诊治及心理干预。
Abstract
【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the social anxiety, mental traits, mental health and the effect of comprehensive intervention in children with strabismus and amblyopia. Methods: 153 children with strabismus and amblyopia treated in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected as the observation group and 50 healthy children were selected as the control group. The social anxiety, self-esteem , Loneliness and other mental state, and statistical comparisons; the same time, the observation group to take the appropriate comprehensive intervention measures to evaluate its efficacy. Results: Compared with the control group, the scores of SASC, SES, CLS, EPQ-C, SDS and SAS in the observation group were statistically significant (P <0.05). After 3 months of comprehensive treatment, the total effective rate was 95.67% . Conclusion: Children with strabismus and amblyopia have different degrees of social anxiety, low self-esteem, loneliness, introversion, emotional instability, anxiety and depression. They should be given early diagnosis and psychological intervention.
