摘要
F151不锈钢固溶处理后硬度超出设计要求。本文以F151不锈钢棒材为研究对象,通过对其化学成分及其显微组织进行模拟仿真和机理分析,探究了固溶温度、保温时间和冷却方式对F151不锈钢显微组织和硬度的影响规律。F151不锈钢棒材的固溶处理温度宜在850℃-870℃之间,且无法通过改变冷却方式来调整显微组织和硬度。依据分析结果对原有F151不锈钢的固溶处理制度进行了优化,通过延长固溶处理保温时间,解决了F151不锈钢固溶处理后硬度偏高的问题。
Abstract
The hardness value of F151 stainless steel after solution treatment does not meet the design requirements. This paper takes F151 stainless steel bar as the research object. Through simulation and mechanism analysis of its microstructure, the influence laws of solution temperature, holding time and cooling method on the microstructure and hardness of F151 stainless steel are explored. The solution treatment temperature for F151 stainless steel bars should be between 850℃ and 870℃, and its microstructure and hardness cannot be adjusted by changing the cooling method. Based on the analysis results, the original solution treatment system for F151 stainless steel bars was optimized. By extending the holding time of the solution treatment, the problem of high hardness value of F151 stainless steel bars after solution treatment was solved.
