[Abstract] Objective To investigate improvement of deanxit on the cardiac function in myocardial infarction (MI) patients with emotion disorder,and to explore its mechanism.Methods 92 MI patients with emotion disorder were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 46 cases in each group. The control group was given conversational MI treatment, the observation group was given deanxit on the basis of control group.The cardiac function indexes (LVEF,CO,SV),HAMA and HAMD scores, serum levels of ET-1, PAI-1, hs-CR and Ang II were compared.Results After treatment, the HAMA score, HAMD score, serum levels of ET-1, PAI-1, hs-CR and Ang II in observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment andin the control group, while the LVEF, CO and SV were significantly higher (P<0.05);During the follow-up period of 6 months, the incidence of recurrent MI, malignant arrhythmia and heart failure in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Deanxit can effectively relieve the emotion disorder of anxiety-depression and improve the cardiac function of MI patients with emotion disorder,its mechanism may related to the decrease of serum ET-1, PAI-1, hs-CR, Ang II level.
