摘要：目的：探讨激励式心理干预对高龄产妇自我管理能力及分娩结局的影响。方法：选择2015年5月-2016年4月住院分娩高龄产妇94例为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各47例。对照组采用围产期常规护理干预，观察组联合应用激励式心理护理干预，比较两组自我管理能力、产程时间、分娩结局等指标。结果：观察组健康知识水平、自我概念、自护责任感、自物护理技能、自我管理能力总分均明显高于对照组（均P<0.05）；第一产程、第二产程、第三产程、总产程均明显短于对照组（均P<0.05）；阴道分娩率93.62%明显高于对照组78.72%，产后出血、新生儿窒息、胎儿宫内窘迫等并发症8.51%明显低于对照组23.40%（P<0.05）。结论：激励式自我管理能力干预有助于提高高龄产妇自我管理能力，缩短产程时间，改善分娩结局。

| Abstract |
【Abstract】Objective：To explore the effect of psychological intervention on self-management ability and delivery outcome of elderly patients.Method:In May 2015 -2016 year in April 94 cases of advanced maternal hospital delivery as the research object, randomly divided into observation group and control group with 47 cases in each group. The control group adopted routine nursing intervention during childbirth, the observation group combined application of incentive psychological nursing intervention, compared two groups of self management ability, labor time, delivery outcome other indicators.Result：The observation group health knowledge, self concept, self responsibility, self care skills, self-management ability scores were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); the first stage of labor, the second stage of labor, the third stage of labor, the total labor were significantly shorter than the control group (P<0.05); vaginal delivery rate was 93.62% 78.72% more than that of control group, postpartum hemorrhage, neonatal asphyxia, fetal distress and other complications in 8.51% was significantly lower than the control group 23.40% (P<0.05).Conclusion:Self management intervention can help improve the self-management ability, shorten the time of labor and improve the delivery outcome
