摘要	孤独谱系障碍（Autism Spectrum Disorder,ASD）是一种在多病因共同作用下，以神经心理及行为缺陷为特征的一组严重的神经发育障碍性疾病，主要表现为言语发育障碍、社交技能缺陷及重复性刻板动作。本文旨在探讨ASD的病理学基础及其筛查指标，了解相关最新研究趋势，为进一步探讨和研究其发病机制、更好地进行临床诊疗提供科学依据。
Abstract	Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a group of severe neurodevelopmental disorders characterized by neuropsychological and behavioral defects under the combined action of multiple etiology. It is mainly manifested as dysplasia, social skills defects and Repetitive stereotyped action. This study aims to explore the pathology of ASD and its screening indicators, to summarize the latest research trends, in order to explore its pathogenesis, and provide a scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
