针对性护理对浆细胞性乳腺炎患者创面愈合时间的影响

摘要	目的探讨对浆细胞性乳腺炎患者，予以针对性护理后患者创面愈合时间的综合评估。方法选择我院2022年11月～2024年11月共80例浆细胞性乳腺炎患者，均开展伤口切开引流术，随机数字表法划分成对照组常规护理，观察组针对性护理，均为40例。对照分析两组创面愈合和住院时间、心理情绪、护理满意度。结果护理后观察组创面愈合和住院时间均低于对照组（P＜0.05），护理后两组负性情绪指标均降低，且观察组低于对照组（P<0.05），观察组总满意率97.50%高于对照组77.50%（P＜0.05）。结论针对性护理可改善患者的不良心理，缩短创面愈合和住院时间，提升患者对护理方式的满意度。
Abstract	Objective To investigate the comprehensive evaluation of wound healing time in patients with plasma cell mastitis after targeted nursing. Methods A total of 80 patients with plasmacytic mastitis in our hospital from November 2022 to November 2024 were selected to carry out wound incision and drainage, and were divided into control group with routine nursing and observation group with targeted nursing (40 cases) by random number table method. The wound healing, hospital stay, psychological emotion and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed. Results After nursing, the wound healing and hospital stay of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05), and the negative emotional indexes of the two groups were decreased, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05), and the total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.50% higher than that of the control group 77.50% (P<0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing can improve patients' bad psychology, shorten wound healing and hospital stay, and enhance patients' satisfaction with nursing methods.
