摘要
目的 探究分析基于微信平台的药学服务模式在门诊药房患者用药指导中的应用。方法 回顾性分析2024年1月至2024年12月期间,院内102例门诊患者病例资料。其中2024年1月至2024年6月的51例患者为对照组,采用常规门诊药房用药指导。2024年7月至2024年12月的51例患者为观察组,采用基于微信平台的药学服务模式落实用药指导。对比两组药学服务水平,不良反应发生率以及患者满意度。结果 观察组药学服务水平评分以及满意度高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论 基于微信平台的药学服务模式落实对于患者的用药指导,可显著改善药学服务水平以及患者满意度,同时可有效控制患者不良反应发生率,值得推广与应用。
Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the application of pharmaceutical service model based on WeChat platform in medication guidance for outpatient pharmacy patients. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the case data of 102 outpatient patients in the hospital from January 2024 to December 2024. Among them, 51 patients from January 2024 to June 2024 were selected as the control group, and conventional outpatient pharmacy medication guidance was used. 51 patients from July 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the observation group, and medication guidance was implemented using a pharmaceutical service model based on the WeChat platform. Compare the level of pharmaceutical services, incidence of adverse reactions, and patient satisfaction between two groups. The results showed that the pharmaceutical service level score and satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion The implementation of the pharmaceutical service model based on WeChat platform can significantly improve the level of pharmaceutical services and patient satisfaction for patients' medication guidance, while effectively controlling the incidence of adverse reactions in patients. It is worth promoting and applying.
