摘要	在社区卫生服务中心西药房是非常重要的组成部分，直接关系到药学服务和药品提供服务质量对患者的治疗效果和用药安全有直接关系。近些年对于社区卫生服务中心的关注度越来越高，在新医改背景下，也提出了要提升社区卫生服务中心的服务质量的要求，为居民提供更加优质的医疗服务。本文对当前社区卫生服务中心西药房服务质量现状进行了深入剖析，根据存在的问题提出针对性地解决措施，旨在提升西药房的服务质量，改善患者的就医体验。
Abstract	The western pharmacy in the community health service center is a very important component, which is directly related to the quality of pharmaceutical services and drug supply services, and has a direct impact on the treatment effectiveness and medication safety of patients. In recent years, there has been increasing attention to community health service centers. In the context of the new healthcare reform, there is also a demand to improve the service quality of community health service centers and provide residents with better medical services. This article provides an in-depth analysis of the current status of service quality in community health service centers' western pharmacies, and proposes targeted solutions based on existing problems, aiming to improve the service quality of western pharmacies and enhance patients' medical experience.
