护理人员分层级管理模式对提高泌尿外科护理管理质量的影响

摘要	研究护士分层级管理理念应用在护理管理过程中的管理质量影响效果。方法以我院2020年1月至2021年1月期间的20名护士作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分成对照组（n=10）和观察组（n=10），观察组护理人员采用护士分层级管理理念进行管理，对照组护理人员采用常规管理理念进行管理，然后以同年来我院泌尿外科的80例患者为例，按照同样方法分成对照A组（n=40）和对照A组（n=40），对照A组患者经过常规管理理念下培训的护理人员进行护理，观察A组患者经过护士分层级管理理念培训下的护理人员进行护理，展开对照研究，从护士角度和患者角度分析护理管理质量的影响效果。结果观察组护理质量、护理合格率、护理质量指标以及护理纠纷事件发生率更优（P＜0.05）。结论在护理管理中，采用护士分层级管理理念进行管理，能够提升护理质量以及护理效果，应用价值高，值得推广。
Abstract	Objective To study the effect of nurses hierarchical management concept in the nursing management process. Methods Twenty nurses in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the control group (n=10) and the observation group (n=10) according to the random number table method. The management concept of hierarchical management of nurses was adopted for management, and the nursing staff of the control group adopted the conventional management concept for management. Then, taking 80 patients from the Urology Department of our hospital in the same year as an example, they were divided into control group A (n=40) and control group according to the same method. Group A (n=40) was compared with the nursing staff of group A who had been trained under the concept of conventional management, and the nursing staff of group A who had been trained under the concept of hierarchical management of nurses were observed. To analyze the effect of nursing management quality from the perspective of patients. Results The nursing quality, nursing qualification rate, nursing quality indicators and incidence of nursing disputes in the observation group were better (P<0.05). Conclusion In nursing management, adopting the concept of hierarchical management of nurses can improve the quality of nursing and nursing effect. It has high application value and is worthy of promotion.
