摘要	作为医院管理体系的重要组成部分，西药房负责进行全面检查、提供准确的药物并开立处方。正确的药物调剂不仅会显著影响医院的运营效率和服务质量，还直接关系到患者的治疗效果和用药安全。为了提升西药房药学服务质量，本文针对目前药房所存在的问题制定出相关提升方法，以供参考。
Abstract	As an important component of the hospital management system, the Western Pharmacy is responsible for conducting comprehensive inspections, providing accurate medication, and issuing prescriptions. The correct medication dispensing not only significantly affects the operational efficiency and service quality of hospitals, but also directly relates to the treatment effectiveness and medication safety of patients. In order to improve the quality of pharmaceutical services in Western pharmacies, this article proposes relevant improvement methods for the current problems in pharmacies for reference.
