【摘要】 探讨盐酸哌甲酯控释片（OROS-MPH）联合卡马西平治疗伴中央-颞区棘波良性癫痫（BECTs）合并多动综合征（ADHD）患儿的临床疗效及安全性。方法 将BECTs合并ADHD患儿84例随机分为观察组与对照组各42例。两组均接受卡马西平治疗，6个月内脑电图（EEG）稳定后分别加行心理行为治疗和行心理行为联合OROS-MPH治疗。比较两组临床疗效及不良反应，治疗前后评价Conner儿童行为问卷父母用量表（PSQ）、中国修订韦氏儿童智力量表（C-WISC）评分。结果 观察组的BECTs总有效率为90.48%，与对照组的92.86%比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；观察组的ADHD总有效率为95.24%，显著高于对照组的64.29%（P<0.05）；治疗后观察组的PSQ量表评分显著低于对照组，而C-WISC量表评分显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论OROS-MPH联合卡马西平治疗BECTs合并ADH安全可靠，能够有效改善患儿的临床症状及认知功能。

| Abstract |
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of osmotic-release oral system methylphenidate (OROS-MPH) combined with carbamazepine in the treatment of children with benign epilepsy with centrotemporal spikes (BECTs) complicated with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Methods 84 cases of children with BECTs complicated with ADHD were randomly divided into observation group and control group ,42 cases in each group. Both groups received carbamazepine treatment,then received psychological behavior and psychological behavior combined with OROS-MPH treatment respectively after the stabilization of electroencephalogram (EEG) within 6 months. The Parent Symptom Ouestionnaire of Conner Childrens Behavior Questionnaire (PSQ) and Chinese Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children (C-WISC) were evaluated before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of BECTs was 90.48% in the observation group,showed no significant deference with 92.86% in the control group (P>0.05). The total effective rate of ADHD was 95.24%in the observation group, significantly higher than 64.29% in the control group (P<0.05);After treatment,the score of PSQ in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, while the score of C-WISC was significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion OROS-MPH combined with carbamazepine in the treatment of BECTs complicated with ADH is safe and reliable, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and cognitive function of children.
