Objective To clarify the value of using magnetic resonance dynamic enhancement technology in the diagnosis of small liver cancer, with the aim of promoting the development of research on the diagnosis of small liver cancer. Methods A total of 69 patients suspected of having small liver cancer in the hospital between July 2024 and July 2025 were selected as the experimental observation subjects. Diagnostic examinations were conducted using magnetic resonance imaging and magnetic resonance dynamic enhancement technology, and the results were compared and analyzed with pathological examination (gold standard) results. After comparing the data between groups, it was found that the results between the compared objects were P<0.05, showing significant differences. In terms of sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy, the observation group had higher values, and in terms of specific subtype detection rate of small liver cancer, the observation group had higher values. Conclusion The application of magnetic resonance dynamic enhancement technology in the diagnosis of small liver cancer has high diagnostic sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy, which is of great significance for improving diagnostic efficiency and can help medical personnel determine specific subtypes.
