Objective To apply simple rehabilitation techniques to patients with hemiplegia due to stroke and explore their effects on limb motor function. Methods A total of 90 patients with hemiplegia due to stroke admitted to our hospital from May 2024 to May 2025 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (n=45) received conventional rehabilitation treatment, while the observation group (n=45) received simple rehabilitation techniques. The total effective rate, FMA score, BI score, QOL score, and complication rate were compared between the two groups after intervention. Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference in FMA, BI, and QOL scores between the two groups (P>0.05). After intervention, the scores in the observation group were higher (P<0.05). The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The complication rate in the observation group was 4.44%, which was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of simple rehabilitation techniques in patients with hemiplegia due to stroke can promote better recovery of limb motor function, improve daily living ability, enhance quality of life, and reduce the occurrence of complications, demonstrating high application value.
