【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of ziprasidone combined with psychological intervention in the treatment of adolescent schizophrenia. Methods: 90 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into control group (n=45) and observation group (n=45) in our hospital from January 2014 to -2016 in December. The control group was treated with ziprasidone, the observation group was treated with psychological intervention, PANSS was used to evaluate the therapeutic effects of the 2 groups, and the clinical efficacy and prognosis were compared between the 2 groups. Results: the observation group after treatment was 94.1%, 67.6% in the control group, the 2 groups were statistically significant efficiency difference (P < 0.05); the PANSS score had no significant difference between the two groups before treatment (P > 0.05), the observation group after treatment of positive and negative scale, scale and quantity of general pathology the total score, lower than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the effect of psychological intervention in the treatment of schizophrenia in adolescents with schizophrenia is ideal, which can reduce the patients psychological fluctuations and improve the prognosis of patients, which is worthy of popularization and application.
