[Abstract] Objective: To study the effect of Flupentixol and melitracen combined with individualized psychological intervention effects on quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with depression. Methods: in our hospital from April 2015 to March 2016 were 100 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with depression, according to the random number method, 100 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with depression were random single blind method into observation group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases); the control group took Flupentixol and melitracen for treatment, the observation group on the basis of taking personalized psychological intervention, the two groups of patients with pulmonary function, HAMA score and HAMD score, quality of life were compared. Results: The HAMA score and HAMD score of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05); the quality of life in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05); the observation group after treatment was better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with fluoride application of depression in patients with Flupentixol and melitracen combined with individualized psychological intervention treatment can relieve the patients depression and anxiety status, improve lung function, so it is worthy of clinical application.
