Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of personalized nursing based on the overall nursing concept in the care of elderly patients with osteoporosis. Methods This study selected 80 elderly patients with osteoporosis who received treatment in our hospital as the research objects. Grouping was conducted using the random number table method, and they were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, and the observation group received personalized nursing based on the overall nursing concept. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After nursing, the compliance behavior of patients in the observation group was significantly improved compared with that of the control group, the pain degree of patients was significantly less than that of the control group, the improvement effect of bone density in the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the quality of life of patients was significantly improved compared with that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Conducting personalized nursing based on the overall nursing concept in the care of elderly patients with osteoporosis can further improve the clinical nursing quality and patients' compliance behavior, thereby effectively improving the symptoms of osteoporosis in patients, reducing their pain and suffering, and improving their quality of life.
