【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of Huperzine A tablet on adjuvant therapy of Alzheimers disease and its effect on SAS score and SDS score. Methods: Sixty-eight patients with Alzheimers disease were randomly divided into control group (n = 34) and treated with donepezil tablets. The patients were treated with donepezil and Huperzine A tablet. The effect of the group and the effect on the SAS score and the SDS score. Results: After 3 months of treatment, the total effective rate was 82.35% (28/34) in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the control group (67.35% (23/34)) (P <0.05). The ADL score and MMSE score (P> 0.05). After 3 months of treatment, the scores of ADL and MMSE were significantly higher in the combined group than in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment (P <0.05) > 0.05). After 3 months of treatment, SAS score and SDS score were significantly lower in the combined group than in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Donepezil tablets are commonly used drugs for the treatment of Alzheimers disease, and then combined with Huperzine A tablet, the clinical effect is better, can effectively improve the symptoms of Alzheimers disease, and alleviate the anxiety and depression of Alzheimers patients, Promote the application value.
