Objective Exploring the research on focused nursing interventions for postpartum hemorrhage in primiparous women. Methods Sixty cases of postpartum hemorrhage in primiparous women admitted to our hospital from June 2024 to June 2025 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received focused nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. Compare the clinical nursing effects of two groups. Results Before the intervention, there was no significant difference (P>0.05) in the evaluation results of anxiety, depression scores, quality of life, and self-care ability between the two groups of patients. After the implementation of intervention measures, the scores of the observation group members in anxiety and depression were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05), while their scores in quality of life and self-care ability were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05). In addition, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Focusing on solving nursing interventions can effectively improve patients' psychological status, enhance their quality of life and self-care ability, and increase their satisfaction with nursing work, with high practical application value.
