[Abstract]Objective To discuss the application of conventional nursing joint psychological nursing care measures in reducing the craniocerebral trauma patients with anxiety and depression. Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with craniocerebral trauma were retrospectively analyzed and were randomly divided into normal group and combined group of two groups, each 50 cases in each group and normal group accepted routine nursing measures, the joint group accepted the conventional joint psychological nursing care measures, recorded and compared the two groups of patients before and after the intervention of anxiety, depression, quality of life and nursing satisfaction. Results Two groups of patients after the intervention of the level of anxiety, depression and life quality were improved significantly compared with before (P < 0.05), but the degree of anxiety and depression of joint group were lighter (P < 0.01), had better quality of life (P < 0.01), and nursing satisfaction was higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion Conventional nursing combined psychological nursing intervention can significantly reduce the craniocerebral trauma patients anxiety and depression, improve the nursing satisfaction and quality of life of patients, establish a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.
