[Abstract] Objective: To explore the influence of quality nursing on postoperative anxiety and depression of patients with cardiac valve replacement. Methods: 130 cases of patients with cardiac valve replacement treated in our hospital were selected, and were divided into two groups randomly, 65 cases in each group. The control group were given routine nursing, and the observation group were given quality nursing. Anxiety, depression, quality of life and adverse events were figured before and after nursing in the two groups. Results: After nursing, anxiety and depression improved in the two groups(P < 0.05), which of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Quality of life improved in the two groups (P < 0.05), which of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Quality nursing applied in postoperative nursing of patients undergoing cardiac valve replacement, it can effectively relieve patients with negative emotions, and improve the quality of life of patients.
