启发式临床医学教学模式联合TBL教学模式在神经根型颈椎病护理教学中的研究

摘要
目的 启发式临床医学教学模式联合团队合作学习(TBL)教学模式在神经根型颈椎病护理教学中的研究。方法 本研究选取于本院开展神经根型颈椎病护理实习的52名护理实习生作为观察样本。运用计算机随机数字生成法划分为两组:其中对照组纳入26名护理实习生,给予传统护理教学模式;研究组纳入26名护理实习生,采用启发式临床医学教学模式联合TBL教学模式。对两组的教学效果展开对比分析。结果 在理论知识测试、实践操作技能、病例综合分析、团队协作及临床决策能力等评估维度上,研究组得分均显著高于对照组;且该组护理实习生对教学的满意度也更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 将启发式临床医学教学模式与TBL教学模式相结合,应用于神经根型颈椎病护理实习教学中,可显著增强护理实习生的学习效果,同时提升整体教学质量。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of integrating heuristic clinical teaching models with Team-Based Learning (TBL) in cervical radiculopathy nursing education. Methods A total of 52 nursing interns participating in cervical radiculopathy nursing internships at our hospital were selected as subjects. Using computer-generated randomization, participants were divided into two groups: the control group (26 interns) received traditional teaching methods, while the study group (26 interns) adopted the combined heuristic clinical teaching model with TBL. Comparative analysis was conducted on educational outcomes. Results The study group demonstrated significantly higher scores in theoretical knowledge assessment, practical skills, case analysis, teamwork, and clinical decision-making compared to the control group. Additionally, the study group showed statistically significant higher nursing interns' satisfaction with the teaching approach (P <0.05). Conclusion Integrating heuristic clinical teaching models with TBL in cervical radiculopathy nursing internships can substantially enhance learning effectiveness and improve overall teaching quality.
