精神分裂症患者认知行为干预护理效果及其对生活质量的影响研究

摘要	目的探讨认知行为干预护理对精神分裂症患者的效果及其对生活质量的影响。方法选取2024年1月-2025年2月本院收治的精神分裂症患者101例进行研究，按照随机数字表法分为干预组（51例）和对照组（50例）。对照组采用常规护理，干预组在常规护理基础上实施认知行为干预护理，对比两组患者护理前后精神症状、认知功能、生活质量及护理满意度。结果护理后，干预组阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）评分低于对照组，认知功能相关指标高于对照组，生活质量量表评分高于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论认知行为干预护理应用于精神分裂症患者，可有效改善精神症状与认知功能，提升生活质量及护理满意度。
Abstract	Objective To explore the effect of cognitive behavioral intervention nursing on patients with schizophrenia and its impact on the quality of life. Methods A total of 101 schizophrenia patients admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to February 2025 were selected for the study and divided into the intervention group (51 cases) and the control group (50 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group received conventional care, while the intervention group implemented cognitive behavioral intervention care on the basis of conventional care. The mental symptoms, cognitive functions, quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients before and after care were compared. Results After the nursing care, the Positive and Negative Symptom Scale (PANSS) score of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group, the cognitive function-related indicators were higher than those of the control group, the quality of life scale score was higher than that of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of cognitive behavioral intervention nursing in patients with schizophrenia can effectively improve mental symptoms and cognitive function, enhance the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
