摘要	在精准医学时代的大潮中，肿瘤学作为一门迅速崛起且高度综合的新兴学科，正经历着前所未有的发展。这一趋势对肿瘤外科护理领域提出了更为严格的综合素质要求，促使肿瘤临床教学必须紧密贴合肿瘤学的最新发展方向。为适应这一变革，传统的肿瘤外科护士教学模式亟需革新，旨在培养具备高素养的未来护理人才。本文认为，为适应这一变革，传统的肿瘤外科护士教学模式亟需进行以培养精准护理核心能力为导向的革新，本文综述了肿瘤外科护理的基础上，明确了精准医学背景下肿瘤外科护士教学模式适应性变革的需求，最后概括、总结了一些具体的适应性变革策略。
Abstract	In the tide of the precision medicine era, oncology, as a rapidly emerging and highly integrated discipline, is undergoing unprecedented development. This trend has imposed stricter comprehensive quality requirements on the field of oncology surgical nursing, necessitating that clinical teaching in oncology closely align with the latest development directions of oncology. To adapt to this transformation, the traditional teaching model for oncology nurses urgently needs to be innovated, aiming to cultivate future nursing talents with high-quality competencies. This paper argues that to adapt to this transformation, the traditional teaching model for oncology nurses needs to be innovated with a focus on cultivating core competencies in precision nursing. Based on a review of oncology surgical nursing, this paper clarifies the demands for the adaptive transformation of teaching models for oncology nurses in the context of precision medicine and finally summarizes some specific adaptive transformation strategies.
